Partnership Grant Opportunity: Arts Accessibility Partners
Goal of the program
The Minnesota State Arts Board received a grant award from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies (NASAA) to broaden accessibility in the arts throughout Minnesota.
The board intends to make grants to four to six “Arts Accessibility Partners”—organizations in different parts of the state that will receive funding to purchase equipment, use it in their own programming, and share it with other organizations in their areas.
Who may apply
Nonprofit arts organizations or nonprofit human service organizations serving people with disabilities may apply. Applicants must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Grant range and number of grants
Four to six grants will be awarded; partners will receive funding to purchase equipment worth approximately $4,000 to $6,000.
Funds may be used
September 15, 2010–June 30, 2011

For FY2011 was Friday, June 25, 2010
Grantees muast submit a final report—see your contract for the due date.
