Thank you, once more, for agreeing to serve on a Minnesota State Arts Board panel. We’re very appreciative of your time and expertise in support of Minnesota artists and arts organizations.

Policy documents

Please review these two important policy documents. To ensure that the panel process is fair and equitable, it is important that you understand and follow these policies.

Travel and reimbursement information

• SWIFT Guide for Vendors (you must register as a vendor with the state in order to be reimbursed for mileage and approved expenses.)
• Expense Reimbursement Form (to be submitted within one week of your panel service)
• Directions to the Arts Board offices, parking recommendations and transit information

For anything directly related to reading and reviewing applications, you should log into WebGrants (http://apply.mnartsboard.com/index.do ). There you will find training and review materials, as well as the applications themselves.
