2006 Minnesota Poetry Out Loud highlights
2006 was the inaugural year for Poetry Out Loud in Minnesota; six metro schools participated.
Tottiana Adams, a sophomore from Saint Paul, was named 2006 Minnesota Poetry Out Loud champion in April 2006.
She went on to compete in the national finals in Washington, DC, in May.
